The organization was founded by Sharletta Hall, an Enrolled Agent and former IRS Revenue Officer with extensive experience helping individuals, families, and businesses understand complex financial and tax matters.
ADH FEI was created to make trusted financial knowledge and supportive resources more accessible to residents who may otherwise be unable to afford professional assistance.

Sharletta Hall is an Enrolled Agent, former IRS Revenue Officer, financial educator, entrepreneur, and community leader. She founded ADH Financial Empowerment Initiative to help individuals and families gain access to the knowledge, resources, and opportunities needed to achieve financial stability and build long-term wealth.
Her background in tax administration, financial education, business development, and community leadership allows her to translate complex financial topics into practical information residents can use to make informed decisions.
